Notarized translation: Certified legal/official translation of documents, from Hebrew to English/Spanish/Portuguese and vice versa. The translations are performed meticulously, while maintaining full fidelity to the original, so that the translated document will be accepted and recognized by authorities and courts in Israel and abroad.
Signature verification: Verification of a person's signature on a document before a notary. In this framework, the notary verifies the identity of the signer and that the signature was made voluntarily, and then confirms with his signature and the notary's seal that the signature has been duly verified. This service is required, for example, when signing powers of attorney, real estate documents, documents for banks abroad, and more.
True Copy Certification: An official certification issued by a notary public certifying that a copy (photocopy or scan) of a particular document corresponds to the original. A true copy certification is required, for example, when submitting documents to authorities when there is no desire to provide the original, or when documentation is required that the copy is identical to the original.
Notarized Affidavit Certification: Verification and approval of affidavits and sworn statements. When a person gives an affidavit (a written statement verified by oath) for the purpose of a legal proceeding or other official request, a notary may certify his signature on the affidavit. A notarized affidavit has the effect of written testimony before the court or requesting authority.
Online Notary Service: For the convenience of our clients, the firm offers the option of receiving some notary services remotely, through digital means. In accordance with the guidelines of the law (which is a step towards innovation in the field), certain signature verifications and notary meetings can be performed via secure video call, without leaving home. This service saves time and allows for urgent notary approvals to be received even when the client is physically far from the firm or has difficulty moving around.
Notarized Wills: A notarized will is a will with binding legal validity, ensuring that the testator's will will be carried out in full and without doubt. A will drawn up before a notary receives a strengthened legal status, and is considered particularly reliable in courts and family courts.
Certification of documents regarding inheritance and personal status: A notary may certify documents related to inheritances, financial agreements, certification of agreements between spouses in family matters, and more. This service provides a binding legal framework for the most important family and personal agreements.
