Torts (bodily and property damage)

Tort law deals with providing compensation to victims for damages they have suffered, including due to the negligence or liability of another party. At our firm, we represent victims of bodily injury and property damage with dedication and professionalism, ensuring that their rights are exercised and that they receive adequate compensation according to the severity of the damage.

In our office, tort claims are managed with an approach that puts the client at the center. We understand that for the injured party and their family, dealing with the injury is difficult and confusing. Therefore, we make sure to explain the process and options at every stage, provide full support in dealing with the authorities and insurance companies, and be available for any questions or hesitations. We fight resolutely for the client's rights against the defendant entities, but do so with the sensitivity appropriate to their situation. The combination of uncompromising professionalism and a personal support approach allows us to achieve the best result for our clients in an efficient manner, and to shorten as much as possible the waiting time for the compensation they deserve.

Medical malpractice

When medical treatment or medical diagnosis exceeds the accepted standard and causes harm to the patient, the patient has the right to claim compensation on the grounds of medical negligence. Claims of this type are complex and require a combination of legal and medical knowledge. Our office accompanies victims of medical negligence throughout the entire process: from initial consultation and collection of medical documentation and materials, through contacting medical experts to receive professional opinions, to filing a claim and managing the legal process to receive maximum compensation for the damage caused. We understand the emotional difficulty in these cases and make sure to act with sensitivity and empathy towards the client and his family, along with determination towards the parties responsible for the damage.

Road accidents

Road accident victims are generally entitled to compensation under the Road Accident Victims Compensation Law (RAVCL), but legal assistance is still often required to fully exercise their rights. We assist road accident victims in dealing with insurance companies and Karnit (in appropriate cases), starting with filing the claim and the required medical documents, through representation in medical committees (if any) and negotiating with the insurance company, to filing a claim in court if the compensation offered is inadequate. Our goal is to ease the victim and his family's burden during the challenging period following the accident, and to ensure that they receive prompt and fair compensation for the physical and mental damages and expenses associated with the accident.

Work accidents

If you were injured during work or due to working conditions, you are entitled to rights both within the framework of the National Insurance Institute (such as injury benefits, disability benefits from work, etc.) and there may be grounds for a claim for damages against a responsible party (such as a negligent employer or a third party). Our office accompanies victims of work accidents in all aspects: We will guide you in filing a claim with the National Insurance Institute to recognize the injury as a work accident, we will assist in preparing all medical documents and certificates for the medical committees, and we will represent you in appeals in the event of a determination of a degree of disability that does not reflect your condition. At the same time, we will examine whether there is an additional cause of action for damages against the employer or another party responsible for the accident, and we will work to file such a claim so that you receive full and comprehensive compensation. Throughout the entire process, we will take care of your rights and keep you informed of developments, so that you can focus on your recovery knowing that someone is fighting for you.

Personal and third party accidents

Bodily injuries can also be caused by accidents that are not defined as road or work accidents – for example, falling on the sidewalk due to a hazard, slipping in a supermarket, being injured in a public park, being attacked by an animal, or any other damaging event in everyday life. In such situations, we examine in depth the circumstances of the incident to identify who is legally responsible for the damage (a municipality or authority in the case of a hazard in a public space, a property or business owner, an insurance company in a private policy, etc.). After identifying the responsible party, we will work to exhaust your rights: either by filing a claim directly with the relevant insurance company (for example, a personal accident or third-party liability policy claim) or by filing a tort claim in court against the negligent party. The goal is to ensure that you receive financial compensation that will cover your medical expenses, loss of income, pain and suffering, and any other damage caused by the personal accident.
